David C. King
David C. King, Attorney at Law, has tried 124 cases to verdict in Superior and Federal District Court with a greater than 70% success rate. Recent successful trials include medical malpractice, premises liability, employment discrimination, and animal liability cases.
David is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the John Waldo Ballou Inn of Court, and the American Board of Trial Advocates. David also serves as a member of the Maine Civil Rules Advisory Committee, the Governor’s Judicial Selection Committee, and is a founding member of the Federal Bar Association, Maine Chapter. David is a fellow of the Maine Bar Foundation and is the coach of the Brewer High School mock trial team. He is recognized in Best Lawyers, Chambers USA, and New England Super Lawyers.
In 2017, David was named a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.
David C. King, a native of Brewer, Maine, is a graduate of Bates College, where he was a Travelli Scholar, and a graduate of Boston University School of Law, cum laude, where he served as an editor of the Law Review. He is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the organization’s highest rating.
