    Biography


    Jane focuses her practice on special needs planning for individuals with disabilities and on elder law which includes estate and incapacity planning, probate proceedings, estate and trust administration, fiduciary representation, residents’ rights, and both proactive long-term care planning and crisis MaineCare planning. Jane is a graduate of the University of Maine School of Law. She is a past President of the Elder Law Section of the Maine State Bar Association and currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Maine Trust for People with Disabilities. Jane is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, ElderCounsel, and the Special Needs Alliance.
