Associate Life

With more than thirty attorneys, Rudman Winchell is large enough to provide challenging and continually fresh practice opportunities, but small enough that we each know and appreciate our colleagues and associates. New associates are selected and hired with the expectation that they have the ability and commitment to become a member of our firm.
 

Our associates are active and important members of our team as soon as they join our firm. Rudman Winchell associates are encouraged to undertake independent work assignments and direct client contact early in their careers. We expect—and we underwrite—regular participation in Continuing Legal Education seminars and workshops. We encourage each of our attorneys to engage in pro bono activities, not just to fulfill their ethical requirements, but also to become part of our community.
