 Estate Planning Legal Assistant

Rudman Winchell, located in Bangor, Maine, has an opportunity for an articulate, detail-oriented professional to join its Estate Planning team.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years experience drafting correspondence and estate planning documents, assisting in the probate and estate administration process, working with clients, managing databases, and will know how to record and bill time.

In addition to sound knowledge of Estate Planning terminology and legal principles and practices, the successful candidate will be highly organized, able to work independently and make appropriate decisions, and deal with shifting priorities. This position requires excellent computer skills including Office 2007 and experience with document management and time-keeping software.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who works well in a team environment. Salary commensurate with experience, plus a generous benefits package.
