Federal agencies have issued three important sets of new rules and regulations affecting employers.

The Wage and Hour Division published final rules changing the threshold for salaried exempt status to become effective December 1, 2016.

OSHA published final rules on electronic collection and public reporting of injury data.

And EEOC published two final rules to provide guidance on the extent to which employers may use incentives to encourage employees to participate in wellness programs.

The Rudman Winchell Employment team will explain these changes and discuss how to comply with the new rules.
