Rudman Winchell is pleased to announce Sarah K. Barr

By Rudman Winchell Attorney

Rudman Winchell is pleased to announce that Sarah K. Barr, Esq., has joined the firm. Sarah will practice with the Maine Elder Law Firm in the areas of estate planning, long-term care planning and asset protection, guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, estate, trust and probate administration, and special needs planning.

Sarah is excited to be a new Maine resident after spending most of her life in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Prior to joining Rudman Winchell, Sarah practiced for three years as an appellate litigator in Providence, Rhode Island, representing veterans with disabilities. She also spent time in the small Pacific island country of Palau where she worked as legal counsel for Palau’s House of Delegates and learned to SCUBA dive.

Sarah is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School in Boston and Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts. She quickly fell in love with Maine after a visit to Moosehead Lake and now lives in Hampden with her husband Josh. Sarah is thrilled to have joined Rudman Winchell and Maine Elder Law Firm, and she is grateful for the opportunity to serve the legal needs of seniors in the greater Bangor community.
