Attorney Paul W. Chaiken Speaks at Maine Bar Association Summer Meeting

At the Maine State Bar Association 2011 Summer Meeting, on June 17, 2011, Paul Chaiken was one of three attorneys addressing the opening, plenary session for the 200 plus lawyers and judges in attendance at the meeting.

His topic was “Ethics and Professionalism: A Practical Perspective”. He and his co-panelists discussed efforts at improving the professional standards for Maine lawyers. They also examined the challenges to practitioners by addressing situations where duties to clients sometimes conflict with ethical regulations.
