Curtis E. Kimball, Attorney at Law, concentrates his practice at Rudman Winchell on business transactions. He regularly represents professional clients in general corporate and commercial law matters, including mergers and acquisitions. He also represents clients in litigation and in all financial matters. He also has extensive experience in asset protection, bankruptcy, and debt restructuring.

Curt is a graduate of the University of Maine with high honors, where he was a member of Phi Sigma Alpha and Phi Alpha Theta academic honor societies, and from the University of Maine School of Law with distinction. Curtis has received a Distinguished rating from Martindale and was recognized by Chambers USA in 2016. He is a native of Maine and enjoys most outdoor activities that the state has to offer, especially hunting and fishing.
