Curtis E. Kimball, Attorney at Law, concentrates his practice at Rudman Winchell on business transactions. He regularly represents professional clients in general corporate and commercial law matters, including mergers and acquisitions. He also represents clients in litigation and all financial issues. He also has extensive experience in asset protection, bankruptcy, and debt restructuring.
