Cynthia M. Mehnert has been an attorney for over 30 years, being a member of the Maine, Massachusetts and Federal Court bars. Cindy is a graduate of Cloby College and Suffolk University Law School. is a real estate attorney who has practiced in Maine and Massachusetts for over 30 years. Cindy is a graduate of Colby College and Suffolk University Law School.

Cindy has practiced as a real estate attorney in both Maine and Massachusetts focusing on commercial and residential transaction. She enjoys working with local land trusts and landowners on land preservation and conservation.

In addition to her real estate practice, Cindy also works with the Municipal Law Department. Cindy’s interest in Municipal Law stems from her twelve years of service on the Orono Town Council including six years as Chair of Council. Cindy also spends her time serving on the boards of the Bangor Target Area Development Corporation, the Orono Public Library Foundation, the Orono Bogwalk Capital Campaign Committee and the Grievance Commission of the Maine Board of Bar Overseers.
