Ketelynn J. Ronan, Attorney at Law, Rudman Winchell

Katelynn J. Ronan

Katelynn practices in the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate sections, with an entrepreneurial focus. As someone who grew up in the Bangor area, she is passionate about helping the community grow. Whether it’s getting a startup company off the ground, expanding and growing, succession planning, or exiting, she enjoys helping entrepreneurs along each step of their road to success.

While at Rudman Winchell, Katelynn has helped create the entrepreneur-focused program, Legal Lounge, which is a free 20-minute conversation with one of our corporate attorneys. The Legal Lounge is a place where an entrepreneur can discuss the legal fundamentals of starting a business without the pressure of billable time. Everyone from a new entrepreneur to a serial entrepreneur can utilize this free service to help gain confidence in what their next steps are. To sign up for a free conversation, click here.

Katelynn graduated from the University of Maine in 2015 with a degree in Finance and Management; earned her law degree with a concentration in Business/Corporate Law in 2018 from Northeastern University School of Law, where she served as a Lawyering Fellow and earned her Master of Business Administration in 2019 from the University of Maine, where she served and continues to serve, as a Maine Mentor.

Katelynn is actively involved in the community as a Corporator at Northern Light Health, as Secretary of UpStart Maine, and as a Director on the Board of Directors of the Good Samaritan Agency. She lives in Holden, where she enjoys collecting Frank Sinatra records and spending time with family.
