Katelynn focuses her legal practice on entrepreneurial, corporate, commercial, and real estate matters. A native of the Bangor area, Katelynn is passionate about helping our entrepreneurial community grow and thrive. Whether it’s getting a startup company off the ground, expanding, growing, succession planning, or exiting, she enjoys helping entrepreneurs along each step of their road to success.
Katelynn is ardent about working with new businesses. She helped develop two entrepreneur-focused programs at the firm. She hosts Rudman Winchell’s Legal Lounge, a free 20-minute conversation with one of our corporate attorneys.
The Legal Lounge is a place where an entrepreneur can discuss the legal fundamentals of starting a business without the pressure of billable time. Katelynn graduated from the University of Maine in 2015 with a degree in Finance and Management. She earned her law degree with a Business and Corporate Law concentration in 2018 from the Northeastern University School of Law, where she served as a Lawyering Fellow. She earned her Master of Business Administration in 2019 from the University of Maine, where she continues to serve as a Maine Mentor.
Katelynn is actively involved in the community as a Corporator at Northern Light Health, President of UpStart Maine, and Director of the Good Samaritan Agency. She lives in Holden. She enjoys collecting Frank Sinatra records and spending time with her family.
