Katie R. Foster focuses her practice on Municipal Law and Real Estate matters.
Katie is a native of Hampden, Maine, graduating from Hampden Academy in 2008. She attended the University of Maine, receiving a B.A. in Business Administration in 2012. While at the University of Maine, Katie was a member of the Honors College. She graduated with High Honors, following the presentation of her Honors Thesis focused on a study of workplace teams and the coping mechanisms they employ to deal with project structure.
Katie attended the University of Maine School of Law, graduating in 2016. During law school, she worked as a research assistant on a study focusing on consumer debt and financial distress. Katie was a summer associate at Rudman Winchell in 2015. While at Maine Law, Katie worked as the Admissions Fellow in the Office of Admissions. She oversaw the Student Ambassador Program and facilitated events to welcome students to Maine and the law school.
Katie is an active volunteer, serving as a Collegiate Chapter Administrator and Chapter Advisor for Alpha Phi International Fraternity. She is on the Board of Directors for the University of Maine Alumni Association and involved with Fusion Bangor. In her free time, she enjoys running, playing soccer, traveling, and reading.
