Tracy B. Collins
Tracy Collins devotes her practice to designing practical and effective estate plans for Mainers, whether their needs are simple or complex. From a power of attorney that enables a UMaine professor to help her father manage his finances, to a trust that ensures a family can protect its legacy camp on Beech Hill Pond, to a will that promises a precious tourmaline heirloom ring will go to a granddaughter, Tracy empowers her clients with tailored legal tools that enable them to achieve their goals and effectively plan for the road ahead. And when conflict mounts, Tracy leverages more than a decade of experience in Maine courtrooms to persuasively advocate for her clients’ best interests and to craft collaborative solutions to resolve disputes.
Tracy is a Bangor native who is proud to serve her hometown both as a legal advocate and as a member of several community and statewide boards, including the boards of the Robinson Ballet Company, the Penobscot County Bar Association, the Maine Board of Bar Examiners, and the Maine Information and Analysis Center. In her spare time, Tracy enjoys teaching criminal procedure at Eastern Maine Community College, collecting and reading classic and modern literature, exploring Maine’s landscapes, and spending time with her family.
