Will Nealley practices within the Corporate and Business Practices group, while also working heavily with real estate matters. Prior to joining Rudman Winchell, he attended Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a double minor in Classical Studies and Legal Studies, which helped develop Will’s ability to think critically and break down complex issues. He then attended the University of Maine School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude. While in law school, Will worked at an S&P 500 Company in the legal department’s Corporate and Securities group. At the height of the pandemic, he worked closely with a small legal team producing a weekly newsletter about COVID-19 regulations as they relate to small businesses in Maine.
Will is knowledgeable with respect to a wide variety of transactional matters. He works closely with clients to understand their needs, and values using communication and hard-work to achieve the desired outcome. Originally from the Bangor area, he enjoys spending time with his family, and spending time in the Maine outdoors.
