Employers who are subject to the federal FMLA should be aware that the DOL has issued a new FMLA poster as of April 2016.

Although the DOL website says that the February 2013 version of the poster “is still good and can be used to fulfill the posting requirement”, it nevertheless makes sense to replace it with this updated version.
