Information on New FMLA Poster

 Employers subject to the federal FMLA need to post the updated FMLA poster by March 8.  The poster is available on the federal Department of Labor website at no cost.   

The updated poster takes into account recent changes to the Act’s Regulations, including those related to military caregiver leave, qualifying exigency leave for parental care,

and the special leave calculation method for flight crew members. The DOL specifies that you can post the new poster now, or continue to use the old one through March 7.
