The summer solstice, a day marking the longest daylight of the year, holds symbolic significance. It represents hope, renewal, and the triumph of light over darkness. On this special day, the Alzheimer’s Association organizes the Longest Day Walk, honoring the challenging journey faced by those affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.

Rudman Winchell wholeheartedly embraced the spirit of the Longest Day Walk. Our attorneys and staff formed multiple teams, hitting the streets of downtown Bangor with determination and purpose. We walked together, united in our commitment to raise awareness and funds for the Alzheimer’s Association.

That’s why we organized a potluck lunch for our office, where attorneys and staff came together to share a meal and strengthen our connections. It was a time of camaraderie and support, reflecting our dedication to making a positive impact in the communities we serve.

Through personal donations from our staff and attorneys, we raised over $500. And to amplify our impact, Rudman Winchell matched those donations, resulting in a total contribution exceeding $1,000 to support the Alzheimer’s Association’s invaluable work. We are proud to stand with them in their mission to fund research, provide care and support, and raise awareness about Alzheimer’s and brain health.

Our participation in the Longest Day Walk showcases Rudman Winchell’s unwavering dedication to making a meaningful difference in our community. Together, we strive to support those affected by Alzheimer’s and contribute to the ongoing fight against this challenging disease.
