Members of Rudman Winchell, Counselors at Law are admitted to practice in the state courts of Maine, Massachusetts, Colorado, New Hampshire, and New York, in the United States District Courts for Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, and New Hampshire, in the United States Court of Appeals for the First, Second, Ninth, and D.C. Circuits, in the United States Court of Claims, and in the United States Supreme Court.

Rudman Winchell attorneys include two past presidents of the Maine State Bar Association, past and current officers of the Penobscot Bar Association, two former prosecutors, and several former judicial law clerks.
