Paul W. Chaiken spent 3 days in October at a drafting committee meeting for the Uniform Law Conference.  Chaiken was part of a panel that is writing a new law for “certificates of title” for boats and vessels.  The drafting committee was made up of representatives of the Uniform Law Conference, boat industry and maritime law interest groups.
