Rudman Winchell is pleased to announce that Paul R. Brown, Esq. has joined the firm where he will continue to focus on corporate, business, and real estate law. Prior to joining Rudman Winchell, Paul was a Naval Flight Officer where he flew the F-14A Tomcat fighter, and then following law school he extensively practiced with a firm in Bangor.

Commenting on Paul’s addition, Rudman Winchell Managing Partner Chris Austin said, “for over 20 years Paul has successfully advised clients in a number of areas. Paul’s experience will allow Rudman Winchell to continue to provide our clients with excellent results and exceptional service. Paul is originally from Nebraska where he attended the University of Nebraska and then served twelve years in the United States Navy as a Naval Flight Officer where he flew the F-14A Tomcat fighter aboard the USS Enterprise and then as an amphibious air operations planner. He later went on to receive his Juris Doctor, with high distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law (1994) and was elected to the Order of the Coif.

Paul is admitted to the Bar in Maine and is a member of the Maine Bar Association, the Penobscot County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Reflecting on his new position, Paul said that “I have worked across the table with Rudman Winchell attorneys often over the years and I have been impressed by their professionalism and knowledge.
