Rudman Winchell Welcomes Attorney Colin E. Howard to the Firm

Rudman Winchell, Counselors at Law in Bangor, Maine is proud to announce that Colin E. Howard has joined the firm as an attorney. Attorney Howard was sworn into the Maine Bar Association during a ceremony at the Penobscot Judicial Center on October 28, 2011.

Colin was born and raised in South Portland, Maine. He graduated magna cum laude from Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland in 2008 with a BS in Psychology and magna cum laude from University of Maine School of Law in 2011 with pro bono and academic distinctions.

During law school, Colin twice served as an intern in the Office of the Maine Attorney General – first in the Professional and Financial Division and Criminal Division, and second in the Financial Crimes Division. He also served also as an intern in the Portland Maine Federal Defender’s Office.

Colin Howard also worked as a teaching assistant during law school for Constitutional Law and Civil Procedure II. He also served as a staff member and on the editorial board of the Maine Law Review. Recently, he worked as a research assistant for the 2010 and 2011 updates to the treatise Psychiatric and Psychological Evidence.

Colin currently lives in Bangor. In his spare time he enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and producing short videos.
