Joshua A. Tardy, Attorney at Law, practices with the Rudman Winchell Litigation Team. He works primarily in civil and criminal litigation, real estate, and counseling business clients. Josh began practicing law as an associate attorney at Rudman Winchell in 1993 before starting the practice of Mitchell, Tardy, and Jackson, which focuses on governmental affairs work.
Josh serves the firm and its clients in an Of Counsel position. In addition to practicing law, Josh is one of Maine’s most recognized political figures. He served District 25 as a Representative to the Legislature, where he served as House Minority Leader in the House of Representatives.
Josh continues his affiliation with the governmental affairs firm, Mitchell, Tardy, and Jackson, being present at its offices in Augusta during legislative sessions. Josh is a graduate of the University of Maine and University of Maine Law. He resides in Newport with his wife, Mary Ellen.
